Tennique ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Tennique mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

• Account Information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple user ID and optionally your name. We do not receive your Apple ID email unless you choose to share it.
• Video Data: Tennis session videos are recorded and stored locally on your device. Key frames (still images) are uploaded to our servers for AI analysis and are not permanently stored after processing.
• Pose Data: Body pose coordinates extracted from your videos are sent to our servers for analysis. This data is associated with your user ID for progress tracking.
• Usage Data: We collect basic usage analytics (sessions recorded, features used) to improve the app.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide AI-powered tennis coaching analysis
• To track your progress over time
• To improve our analysis models and app experience
• To process subscription payments via Apple

Third-Party Services

• OpenAI: Key frame images and pose data are sent to OpenAI's API for coaching analysis. OpenAI's data usage policies apply to this processing. We use their API with data retention disabled.
• Supabase: User accounts and analysis results are stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS). Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
• Apple: Authentication via Sign in with Apple. Subscription billing via Apple's App Store.

Data Retention

Video recordings remain on your device only. Pose data and analysis results are stored in our database for progress tracking and are deleted when you delete your account. Key frame images are processed in memory and not permanently stored on our servers.

Your Rights

• You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us at support@tennique.app.
• You can request a copy of your data at any time.
• You can opt out of analytics by disabling it in Settings.

Children's Privacy

Tennique is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the app and on this page.
