Terms of Service

By using Tennique ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Service Description

Tennique provides AI-powered tennis coaching through video analysis. The App uses your device's camera to record tennis sessions, extracts body pose data, and provides coaching feedback using artificial intelligence.

2. Accounts

You may create an account using Sign in with Apple or use the App as a guest. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Guest accounts have limited functionality.

3. Subscriptions

• Tennique offers a free tier (3 analyses) and paid subscription plans.
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's subscription terms.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Upload content that infringes on any third party's rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
• Use the App to record or analyze anyone without their consent

5. AI Coaching Disclaimer

Tennique provides AI-generated coaching suggestions and is not a substitute for professional coaching or medical advice. The analysis is based on computer vision and AI models that may make errors. Always consult a qualified coach or medical professional for injury-related concerns. Use the App's coaching suggestions at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, features, and content are owned by Tennique. Your video recordings and personal data remain yours. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your video data for the purpose of providing coaching analysis.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tennique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to physical injury from following coaching suggestions.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@tennique.app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.
